As AI moves from a feature into the core of product experiences, designing for it requires a different approach — interfaces that explain AI reasoning, build trust in automated decisions, and handle uncertainty gracefully. I design AI-native products: dashboards, chat interfaces, and AI agent experiences, most recently demonstrated in the FinX fintech case study, where I designed the UX around AI-driven financial insights and an in-app AI conversation flow.
